trying not to be discouraged

 
 Hello All... Well it is wednesday and Eric and I have weighed in.. Eric is down another pound Open-mouthed and I got weighed in at Weight Watchers and only down  a Half pound Confused I am not sure what went wrong there. The previous week I went to the gym one day and went down 4lbs this past week I went to the gym monday thru sat and I only lost a half!!!!!! Oh well I guess I can atleast say I didnt go up!! I just get very discouraged... thankfully Eric keeps me going and helps coach me through it.  As far as our meal plan is going we are staying afloat and we both have been going to the gym everyday.  I went to the gym this afternoon after the dreaded weigh in and did 30 mins on the ellyptical up to level 15 and 20 mins upperbody weight training. Eric is at the gym as we speak. He has been doing very well. He feels the extra motivation from all of your stories!!! He has been doing level 15 on the ellyptical also in fact that is what prompted my competitive nature to try to that as well. Well I hope everyones week is going well and we will catch up soon..until  keep on melting those pounds away!!!!!!!! Open-mouthed

So far so good......

Hello to all of you "BIG LOSERS" (I mean that in a good way) From what I have seen so far everyone is doing a GREAT job with their contribution in the One Million Pound Challenge, specially my partner Holly she is staying focused with the task at hand and is helping me to do the same. I have to tell you all that reading all of the different blog entries that you all have been keeping is very inspiring. Its good to see everyone taking this challenge so seriously. I was wondering though, how will we know when the million pound goal has been achieved? I know I have lost track of all the pounds that everyone has been shedding. KEEP IT UP!!!!!Open-mouthed
 So its Saturday which ,so far has been the toughest day to stick to the workout and meal plan. I have never really been one to go the gym on the weekend (and nope I (Eric)didn't go todayEmbarrassed) but Holly on the other hand, she is a trooper she worked this morning the went to the gym afterwards. Can you say MOTIVATED?!!!!! I have a feeling she will be the BIGGEST LOSER (out of the 2 of us) every week. Well as Holly mentioned the Patriots are playing tonight and she is making her salad as I type this, I am gonna try to limit myself to 7 beers and 7 wings unless the Patriots win of course then we'll have to celebrate but don't you worry we will not go out of control. OH NO THE DREADED WEEKEND!!!!!!

 UH OH the dreaded weekend is rearing its ugly head yet again and this time bringing a Patriots playoff football game!!!!!! Over all Eric and I had a pretty good week. We stayed on track with our meal plan and We made it to the gym every night this week. I (holly) am a little nervous with the weekend approaching because that is when I usually fall of the turnip wagon and land into a bowl of candy!!!!! Eric has massive willpower and he keeps me inline most of the time by that I mean he trys to encourage me to stay focused. We are going to our friends house Saturday night to watch the Patriots game and of course my friends husband makes kick ass Buffalo wings!! I am going to make a baby leaf spinach salad with Straberries and sliced almonds, red onion and balsamic vinagar~~~ I usually put grilled chicken on it but I figured they will already have that and my other girlfriend is making meatballs. We are hopefully going to stay on track but who knows what the game will bring!!! well have a good weekend talk to you soon...............

  Well Hello everyone!! We just got home from our grinding work day well atleast Eric did, I have off on wednesdays :) Eric didnt get a chance to go to the gym because he had to pick up his sister from the airport but I went this afternoon and did some cardio. I also got weighed in today at Weight Watchers and I am down 4 lbs even. Eric weighed himself last night and he is down 2 lbs  so needless to say we are both pretty happy!!! well i hope you all had a great day and we will catch up with you soon...

 I am very happy to say that Eric and I have made it to the gym for two days now and eating according to our plan!!! I cant wait to watch the biggest loser tonight!!  The days seem to be getting maybe a teensy bit easier to stay on track but its not an easy task thats for sure!! I cooking up some swordfish and steamed broccoli and some whole wheat cous cous tonight for dinner and boy am I looking foward to eating it. :) I get weighed in tomorrow (weight watchers) some hopefully i will know how I have been doing so far on our meal plan. I will let you all know tomorrow if the scale went up or down. until then keep on a truckin!!
